I raised the price of my product in my Clickbank account, then raised it in Amember. I went through a test order (without purchasing) and everything looked fine. BUT... I had a customer join today and the CB receipt was not passed through to amember like every other previous sale had been, and the new member couldn't login until I had manually added the payment in the amember admin panel. If I just changed the price and nothing else (in amember and clickbank), then why is it the receipt no longer being passed to amember, and why am I having to go in and manually approve the payment. How do I get it back to auto approving once they make the payment via Clickbank?
Yes, the payment went through, and I didn't see any errors in the admin panel. I also made put the CB product in test mode for a purchase and everything went through fine (it passed everything necessary). I'm not sure if it was a fluke or not.
