We have a product that we offer a 1 day free trial for, then afterwards billed at monthly rate of $10. We have created a new product that is a 1 year version for 40% off the price of the 1 month product. For customers who purchase the 1 month product, we have configured the one-time-offer plugin to show for them and give them the chance to buy the yearly product for 40% off. Yet when we do trial purchases, we never see the OTO (after payment/before thank you page)! Is it because the 1 month product has a 1 day free trial? Please help.

Configuration seems to be correct. What payment systems do you use? Do you see thanks page with receipt after your test purchases?
We use Paypal. Since we have a 1 day free trial, new customers don't pay anything, and therefore the receipt is hidden by amember on the thank you page. Is this causing the problem?
