Download log not working?

    When I try to download the access log as csv file, it prompts me to save a php file that is blank when I open it.

    Any suggestions? Should I submit a ticket?

    Are you left clicking or right clicking the link? You should be left clicking the link (not clicking and choosing save as)

    The access_log.php file comes up whether I left or right click.

    Sounds like your server is timing out on the request.
    Whats the CPU load?
