Download or Get free installation

I was about to buy pro amember;when i went to make actual payment, by default the form is showing "immediate download" rather than "free installation", so i was backed off. As i want amember to be installed on my server, by amember expert team.

What to do? There is no option in the payment form which unable me to select "Install on server" option rather than "immediate download".

Pl help asap, I want to buy it as quickly as possible

You can do immediate download, then just request installation on the amember support page.

You place the order for amember, then after you request them install it.

Installation files

I am a pro member and have been trying to get support for days and I cannot get a response from tech support. Where can I download the installation package to try to do this myself as this seems to be the only way it will get completed. So much for free installation and support.

I just purchased Amember today, and after realizing how unsure of myself I was to install it myself, I made the request for free installation. The support people for free installation say that it will be done in 24 hours. Is there any assurance that this will be done on time? Our site has already been compromised, and we're trying to mitigate the damage!

Install request information

I went to the installation request page but I'm afraid I don't understand some of what is being asked. FTP host name, is that my domain? Hostgator is my server. If it is my domain then I assume it's my user name and password for Hostgator?

Also "My SQL" info I'm looked through all my notes, not sure what SQL is.
