I'm an aMember Pro owner and want to buy the Drupal Plugin as I'm moving my site to the Drupal platform. But when I go to buy it at this link - https://www.amember.com/amember/signup.php it says I need to buy aMember Pro first. Since I already own it, how to I get this plugin? Thanks, RM
Logging in as what? If I'm logged into my account it makes no difference and if I'm logged into this forum it makes no difference. Just tried it again and I was logged in. It takes me to a screen after I check the agreement and says I need to buy aMember Pro first. Help!!
Contact support and let them know the issue you are seeing. It sounds like the account you are logging in with does not have the record your aMember purchase (which is a pre-requisite to purchasing the plugin)
