    Hello everyone!

Maybe my question is a bit silly, but after reading the FAQ and this forum I'm a bit confused. My question is:

Which is the easiest way of make a payment through Amember?

I'm going to explain myself: I have a site were I offer some downloadable products. I would like that the customer gives as few data as possible if he wants to purchase one product, maybe username & password (for if he wants to return later and download the product again ) and the credit card data to make the payment (only the first time). Is this possible?

Reading the FAQ, the forum and the manual it seems to me that the customer has to fill his name, lastname, country, city, and so on before to make a payment.

I would like that the payment takes him only 10 seconds, not having to fill a large form ;-). Is this possible with Amember?

    Thank you for your help.

This isn't an amember issue as much as a payment processor issue. They require info so as to confirm the credit card owners identity.

    Thank you for the answer.

So, correct me if I'm wrong: if I want to use Paypal as my payment method I have to know if Paypal allows these features, not if Amember allows them.

I think I understand. Minimal amount of information required to complete payment.

Credit Card, with signup form modifications you can have everything on one page. Depending on your payment processor you could just require credit card number. Additional information such as verification code, name, address, etc. SHOULD be included to reduce risk of fraud. I think the minimum you could get away with are name and credit card number.

PayPal, issue here is that the user is redirected to another page (IMO) and then the user has to log in (or fill out PayPal) and then click I Agree.

    Google Checkout: similar to PayPal
