Hi Alex and team, I am wanting to integrate my amember installation with a third party shopping cart script (such as x-cart, litecommerce or oscommerce). All I basically want is that when a person subscribes to my subscription service and wants to buy a product, they can use there same login as the shopping cart application. Is it as simple as creating new fields in amember (identical to the register user information in the shopping cart) and then finding a way for each application to speak to each other? would love some guidance on this, thanks in advance CT
Thanks Alex. Do you also have one for LiteCommerce or other e-commerce stores? Also - you cannot purchase it via the membership panel on amember.com's site. Any assistance would be helpful.
We have no other plugins for shopping carts. You may get payment links by contacting us via helpdesk (sorry for this!). Each costs $40.
You have oscommerce integration???!!! I've been wanting that for years. if its available in my profile I'll buy it now. FYI, my version of oscommerce is called zen-cart and may need to be tweeked for me. Thanks Tom
I contacted support and was quoted $80 for the plugin by Alexander and in this thread Alex has also stated it is available. Can we get some clarification on the oscommerce plugin? Thanks Tom
It seems that Alex just forgot about it, because when I mentioned this thread, be remembered. I am having trouble with the plugin however, and am trying to work it out with the Help Desk. The plugin is looking for some OsCommerce tables that do not exist, so it could be that the supported version is outdated, or I need to install some new tables. I'll post what I find out here.
Alexander is answering most tickets in the helpdesk, and he was just not aware of the plugin. Now he is aware -- Alex Scott
Yep, older osCommerce version, here is the latest from Alex. Reply: Sorry, please allow me some time to fix the plugin. It seems to be developed for very old version of OSC. -- Alex Scott
Hi Alex... do you have a plugin for LiteCommerce (which is alot like x-cart). Please let me and everyone else know. Regards CT
