I have been using amember for a while now and have yearly subscriptions. Since last year I have upgraded amember to ver 4. When my customers renew this year amember 4 will not recognize their passwords although they still work within EE. Why do customers have issues loggin into aMemeber4 with their EE user/pass since the upgrade?
Sorry but what's EE? Google and Wikipedia have numerous meanings including a 'North American standard shoe width'!!
Make sure you have correct version specified in EE plugin configuration inside aMember. Plugin supports two EE versions and password format was changed in EE2.
