Just seeking some clarification on Auto response email setup before I flick the switch to use it on my site...advice very much appreciated In aMember Pro Configuration : E-Mail -> "Autoresponse" Messages Do the auto response emails only get sent after a member has completed payment? or Do they get sent to anyone who signs up through amember? (ie not necessarily completed payment) Also... Will the Auto Response Emails be sent only to new members who sign up after I activate the option? or Will the auto response messages be sent to my entire member database immediately? You are talking about the messages set in the "Autoresponse" Messages / Send Automatic Emails, in the global email area right? These are emails you want to send to all active members. In other words completed sign up, active - not expired. You can set these on a per product basis too. David
