I have aMember Pro set to manually approve new sign-ups. When I do approve the user from the User Payments/Subscriptions screen, as the page reloads, I see "WARNING: There was an error sending the email message in line 1224 of file common.inc.php" at the top of the page, and the user does not receive a confirmation email. If I go to User Actions and click "Re-Send Signup Email" or if I use the "Email Customer:" feature on the same page, I see the same error, and the emails are not sent. I am receiving emails notifying me of new sign-ups every time someone signs up, so sendmail seems to be working on our server. Any suggestions? -Greg
Your hosting has changed e-mail settings and made it more strict. Contact us via helpdesk, or contact webhosting support to find out what changed. There is nothing to fix in aMember itself, it is all question of valid e-mail settings.
