Email non-paying members

Hi everyone,

Is there a way to send out a delayed email to those who sign up but don't complete the payment?

For example, if someone enters their info in, then doesn't pay, then an email is sent out a day later offering them a discount if they join...

I'm not seeing a "Pending invoice notifications to user".

All I see is:

Send Registration E-Mail​

once customer completes signup form (before payment)​

Which would be different from a delayed email for people who don't actually pay.

Any ideas?
