I can't find where I can get an email when the user's credit card is declined. Also, I can't find to edit the email that the users gets when their CC is declined... Help! ;-)
Depending upon payment system does aMember get notified that a card is declined? I thought aMember would only know if a payment request was successful of that it failed. That failure could be for a number of reasons.
We are using Authorize.net CIM. So, if the payment failed Amember does know, but it tries to bill again. So, I know that part is working. I just want an email when Amember gives up so I can take action. Anybody?
As said above You specifically asked for payments declined. This need NOT be the same as failed, of which aMember is aware, but just MIGHT be!!
I am looking for an email when a payment fails or is declined or didn't go through for any reason. Is that an option?
