I did a test purchase of my own membership site and did not get an email from amember telling me my login information, etc... when i do have that option selected in the settings.. I logged in and tried to re-send this email manually and it still wouldn't send it. Then i tried sending to a non-free email account and it worked. most of my subscribers will be using a free email account such as hotmail, yahoo, excite, etc... Anyone else had this problem? if so, any ideas on how to straighten this out so that these emails get through to hotmail and other free email addresses?? [EDIT: The only free email provider that i cannot get the email to go to is HOTMAIL! Yahoo, excite, aol, etc.. are all working but i can't get an email delivered from amember to hotmail. Any suggestions...?] FYI i'm using the "Internal PHP mail() function" inside the email configuration settings. Thanks for any help! Tim
If you are using Spam filters (or your ISP is) you need to set them to accept e-mail's from your email address See this page http://dynamicmember.us/member/signup.php
