Emailing Users

    I have 91 users that are all active but when I select Email Users, it only sends an email to 75 users.

    Is there a way to increase this amount so that it will send to every member?

    May be other users unsubscribed from emails?

    Are they subscribed to more than one product?

    Have you selected all products to receive the email?

    For instance, if you have 2 products, one with 75 subscribers and one with 16 subscribers, you would need to select both groups to hit all 91 of them.
