Hi I got some awesome help from this forum before and hoping someone can point me in the right direction. I'm testing a html email that I'm sending through amember to a list of members. I have build the html email in frontpage and also included the firstname feild for amember . When I test the email to a gmail account it works perfectly and when testing to a outlook email acount it get flagged as spam everytime. I even took out all the "spammy type " words I have a line of text , a jpeg picture which is linked to a webpage so members can see the real webpage online. any thoughts? Thank you Heath
Interspire has a pretty good guide. Read in particular the part about DKIM signing and SPF records. http://www.interspire.com/support/kb/questions/1073/The+Interspire+Email+Marketer+Email+Deliverability+Guide
A lot of spammers use images instead of text to try to sneak past the spam filters. It may be that having 1 line of text and an image may be close enough to the pattern to trigger the filters.
