we have been running amember for a few years and have been sending out email to members on a daily basis. We have about 300 users and emails have always been sent out fast. About 10 minutes to send 300 emails. Over the last week we have noticed that emails take about an hour to send out now. We also are getting a new error in the amember logs. "There was an error sending the email message Could not instantiate mail function." This is a new error we never saw before and i believe it is related to the slow email sending issues. Any ideas would be great
This is probably more related to your servers SMTP server. I would suggest contacting your host/support and see what they can offer.
