"Error establishing a database connection" when moving domains

I'm moving test site from dev.mydomain.co.uk to www.mydomain.co.uk

When I navigate to
http://www.mydomain.co.uk/amember/admin

I get
Error establishing a database connection


I've checked amember/application/configs/config.php and all is fine?

Is this on the same host? Usually this happens when changing hosts... You can try creating a new user for the database and changing the config to the new one.

I ran the install script again to fix this, not ideal but it worked.
