error message after upgrade

    I am receiving this message on my site when utilizing the amember sign up form after I upgraded my software yesterday from 2X to 3x . I cant seem to find out what it means and how to fix it. Any ideas.

    Thanks David but believe me I have opened some tickets lol.... still nothing seems to work.
