Hi, I've been using amember version 3.1.8Pro perfectly for a while using Google checkout as my payment processor. Recently when my customers try to purchase they get the following error when signing up for a google account the terms of service displays: "This content cannont be displayed in a frame To help protect the security of information you enter into this website, the publisher of this content does not allow it to be displayed in a frame. What you can try: Open this content in a new window" This error appears to be putting buyers off from purchasing from my website. How can i get rid of this error, or alter the plugin so its not in an iFrame ? Thanks Andrew
There are no iframe or something like that in aMember's Google Checkout plugin. It must be something custom in your aMember header / footer / layout files. If you show us URL of your signup page, it will be easier to determine what's wrong.
Thanks, sure here is the signup page: http://www.websitesforsaleworld.co.uk/amember/signup.php?price_group=-18 Choose the credit card option and then on the next page you will see the Google payment screen with the error towards the bottom of that page ?
There is no any error message for me as well as any iframes. I do not like to disappoint you, but check your computer with fresh antivirus software and change all your site and ftp passwords (after virus removal). To ensure it is local problem with your PC, ask a friend to try your signup from another computer.
