I am helping someone setup aMember (been using it a while myself) and am encountering a strange problem on the payment page. She will be using PayFlow Pro, but this happens with that selection as well as CCDemo. The drop-down field for State is extremely wide, breaking the layout, and when you drop it down you see the error (see attached screenshot). If you select United States for the country then it adjusts and looks normal, but any other selection leaves it messed-up. She has been back and forth with aMember tech support a couple of times, but the responses are extremely vague and don't appear to point to the problem. One response was this: and another... I don't understand what the signup.html file or template customization would have to do with it. I have modified the header and footer templates and all other pages appear just fine. Any ideas? Wish they would tell us what they do so we could attempt to fix it if it occurs again. One other issue I found the time before was that the same error would occur from the member.php page if I tried to use same payment and add/renew subscription. You might want to check that as well to see if the error is there as well.
