ERROR with User Sign UP

    I receive this error I have emailed support with no reply as of yet, figured I would see if anyone here has some suggestions!

    ERROR [256] Smarty error: [in memory:text line 1]: syntax error: unrecognized tag 'Important' (Smarty_Compiler.class.php, line 551) in line 1102 of file /home/teamcts/public_html/members/smarty/Smarty.class.php



    This happens upon FREE user sign up, our paid membership via 1shoppingcart directs perfectly to 1shoppingcart with no errors?

    You get this error because of incorrect modifications in templates. What templates did you changed? Check all mail templates that should be sent for free signup as well.(signup, pending (if enabled), automatic emails...)

    I haven't change anything yet - and I have the same error.
