A user signed up for the incorrect subscription that is the exact same price as the one she would like. Is it possible to simply exchange her subscription for another, rather than refund her the subscription and have her start all over? Thanks, Christine
Hello Christine, You can do it the following way: 1. go to aMember CP -> Users -> Browse Users 2. find your user and click edit. Open 'Payments' tab and find this invoice - expand it. 3. you should see list of products included to invoice and [X] right after product name 4. click this cross and replace product to new one.
