Execute Other Files

Hi, Can amember execute custom external php files on signup and completed payment?
Im using a 3rd party program that has a MySQL database and im trying to use amember as the subscription proccessor.
So what im trying to do is take the payment through amember and the amember executes a custom file that i have that will update the 3rd party database also. Can it do this?

Also, can it do it for the different payment options as well, like if someone cancel's a subscription, i will want it to execute a different file (or the same one but send a different var).
