We don't have recurring payments; a user has to sign up for a one-year membership, and then, when it expires (or, hopefully, a few days before!), they sign up for another 1-year membership. The problem we're facing is this: We send reminder emails 3 days before expiration, 1 day before expiration, and 11 days after expiration. But if someone receives one of the earlier emails and renews their subscription before the expiration date, they STILL receive the 11-days-after notice that their subscription expired 11 days earlier! How can we stop annoying and confusing our members with these unnecessary follow-up emails?
Actually this should not happen. aMember check was payment renewed or not. Please contact us in helpdesk I will check what can be wrong.
