Expired Subscriptions not expiring

    Hi,
    I have set up a trial product for 7 days, but after the 7 days are up, the client can still access their product, even though in their account it says that it has expired.

    Because of this I have to delete the product manually from their account, which then means they can't access the full product which was dependant on them purchasing the trial product

    How can I fix this please?

    How about posting a screenshot of your product setup so we can see how you got it setup?
