Is there a way to extend the expiration or ending date of a product for a whole group during the actual time frame of the subscription? Or can you only edit by individual users? I would like to extend my free trial subcription on my website for another week for my whole group without having to edit each user one by one if possible. Thanks for the support.

Of course, you can do it individually.

Is there a way that I can create a new product and import my whole list onto that product? I have over 1100 people signed up and I'm trying to avoid going in and extending their trial subscription one by one if that's possible. I would be willing to create a new product and extend everyones' free membership to the same date if I can move or duplicate my whole product list onto the new product list. Thanks again for your help.

It can be done with small custom script - email to support@cgi-central.net
FTP info, aMember CP (admin) login info and instructions what to change in database
(for example, extend membership to 7 days for all customers of product #4)

We will do it for you, no problems.

I am also looking for a way to extend all subscriptions to a particular product. Even a way to do this through phpMyAdmin would work, but if there were some way to do this through a script, or the aMember CP, that would be perfect. Thank you.

Please have a look to aMember Cp -> Manage Products -> Mass Subscribe
    It should help.

I imagine this can be done with a sql query although I'm not proficient enough to write it. Can something like this be posted so we can use it and manipulate it as needed? All I want to do is extend all my subscriptions one month due to technical difficulties we had.
