This just happened on my life environment and I cant login anymore.
I was able to reproduce the problem on the test server: http://aywfo8.amdemo.com/signup

Can anybody help me here? Where can I manually change this option back to 120 in the mysql database?

It is possible to change in table am_config in MySQl database. Be careful in this table aMember store php-serialized array of configuration it is easy to crash it. Name of this configuration property is login_session_lifetime but I recommend you to contact us in helpdesk (http://amember.com/support) and we will fix it for you.
