Sure, you should not pay for webhostings that restrict you this way! Ask them to increase PHP memory limit from 8MB to 16MB.

    Toronto,

    1. Yes, it does not work because your hosting has set low memory limit for running PHP scripts. They can fix it easy. It is not a bug in the script, and it is not something we could change in the script to prevent this error.

    2. We guarantee response to any question within 24 hours, usually faster. We answer all questions via helpdesk (copy you will receive by e-mail of course).
I checked your tickets, and I see Alexander kept you contacts for live chat.

    3. Address you may find here: http://www.amember.com/p/Main/SalesPolicy
Phone number is not a secret, but unfortunately, we are anyway unable to offer phone support. We can shedule a live chat and discuss everything.

    Errol,
about error message - I might be wrong, the same error can be caused by upload problems (for example, Zend-encoded files were uploaded in ASCII/Text mode, or file has not been uploaded completely). Try to reupload files using another FTP client, which uploads PHP files in BINARY mode.
