Fatal error: Call to undefined function: enc()

    I see the following fatal error when creating a new user:

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function: enc() in /home/starrmat/public_html/amember/common.inc.php on line 456

    I can't seem to figure out where enc() should be included from. Can anyone help me out?
