FATAL ERROR in Rebuild DB

    I just upgraded to PHP 5.2.1 and the only issue I see is that a rebuild of the DB produces the following error:

    This is on a dedicated server with 1Gb memory.

    any ideas?

    Please dis-regard...another DIY easy fix...just requested my PHP memory be increased from 8Mb to 16Mb. That should do it... :)
