I'm using Amazon S3 for file storage. Since the latest update to v4.4.3 of aMember, I can no longer see the file downloads of customers from their user details page. Clicking the "File Downloads" button generates a blank page. All the other buttons on the user details page work correctly. Customers are also able to download the files they have bought.
There is UI bug. Please contact us in helpdesk (https://www.amember.com/support) and ask to apply commit #e3f59a8 to your installation.
