Fixed issues with PayPal plugin (new PayPal accounts);

    Hi,

    What is the Fixed issues with PayPal plugin (new PayPal accounts) ?

    I have not updated to the latest version of amember yet does that mean that people cannot sign-up to my website if they don`t have a paypal account ?

    Im i losing customers as i only use the paypal plugin for payments ? what is the issue with the paypal plugin ?

    Fix in paypal plugin was related to cancellations only.
    Paypal for new profiles does not send subscr_eot for cancelled subscriptions.
