Hi, The files from the protected folder doesn't do a force download i.e. mp4 files. I tried using both htpasswd and new write and its just not working and showing a blank page. I saw in the log(apache logs) and it seems to be fine to me: 1.1.1.1 - username [11/Jan/2013:22:47:04 -0500] "GET /protect/folder/file.mp4 HTTP/1.1" 200 92942473 It returns a 200 response with the file size 92942473 So i did a index page and had a manual link in that HTML file and clicking on that link, it started downloading the files ...but whereas accessing directly doesn't do a force download Please do let me know.
