Forgotten Password Deliver Is Not Working

    Forgotten Password Delivery Is Not Working

    Dear Friends,

    could someone please help me to solve this problem?

    When I ask for the forgotten password to login,
    I receive this message from Amember:

    WARNING: Cannot find applicable e-mail template for [send_security_code,it,,] in line 1199 of file common.inc.php

    ... so the password is not sent to the e-mail address.

    What should I do to fix this problem? And how?

    Go to amember CP -> Setup -> Email -> Secure Password Reminder -> Edit template and create new template for italian language.

    Thank you!!

    I had done that, but I hadn't updated the
    "Enable Secure Password Reminder" which is in CP > Setup > Advanced.

    You made me notice this mistake. Thank you once more! :)

    Please help!

    Doesn't work secure password reminder.
