Hello, I need a site which uses: 1. Joomla! as the CMS. 2. aMember as the subscription script. 3. A forum (preferably phpBB). Now, can anyone please tell me how to set this up. I know that I need to first: 1. Install Joomla! 2. Install aMember. 3. Buy the plugin (from Alex) to make aMember work with Joomla! But my question is, do I use a component on the Joomla! side to make phpBB (or another forum script) work with Joomla!/aMember. OR, do I need another plugin (from Alex) to make phpBB (or other forum script) work with Joomla!/aMember. Also in what order do I install the plugins etc?
I think so but Im not sure how stable these are. Perhaps it would be better to use an aMember plugin for a forum. What do you recommend phpBB or vBulletin to use with aMember? David
