I was a bit disappointed to find out that the updates I received during my "6 months of free updates" are gone. Apparently, when your update subscription expires, you do not have access to the updates you received during that timeframe. Nowhere in the License Agreement or Sales & Refund policy does it warn me of this. I would've downloaded updates before it expired if I would have known... I've been using different member management software and thought I would give aMember another try - so my install is about a year old. Anyone else think it's unfair that you can't download the updates you essentially paid for?
