Hi My site is for download of ebooks I want a FREE membership and a Paid membership areas but want the FREE members to see the Paid membership products...preferably without me having to run two lots of pages with download links. ie just have one site with all download links..but only downloadable dependant on membership level. So will this work ( I hope this explanation is not complicated ) /members/site.html free and paid members get access to this site which has two categories with free download links and paid download links The "free" ebook files are in /members/free/freebooks.zip etc The "paid" members ebooks files are in /members/paid/paidbooks.zip etc So if free members only had access to /members/free/ they would see the Paid download links in the /members/site.html pages but if they clicked on them access would be refused. The Paid members would have access to . /members/free/ and /members/paid/ Assuming the above is correct and will work ..how do I make an upgrade page for when free members click on a paid members link which they are not entitles to ? Or is there another way to achieve what I want to do ? Thanks Roy
Sure this will work. When user will access content that he don't have access we will see error message with link to member's area where he will be able to upgrade his membership.
