Free Sign-ups Sent To Paypay

    I have recieved two complaints that when the new user signs up for the FREE access account they are being sent to PayPal to pay. It is an intermittent problem and I have not been able to recreate it. I have checked all the settings and everything looks correct.

    Any suggestions? :(

    If you are using aMember Pro, I believe, it cannot happen.
