Free Signups

    Im missing something fundimental here. I have registration for 6 paying subscriptions but also want a free signup. My signup page only lists the paying subscriptions.

    How does a member register for free sign up?

    free product I assume is a product with a 0.00 value? I thought about this but thought it may still take a user through payment procedure, does it?

    Try leaving it blank rather than 0.

    No if your product have zero price and does not have Trial period/price set, user will not be taken to payment procedure.

    Thanks for the direction. I have set up a free product however once approved by admin, the test member keeps coming up as "NOT PAID" and "Pending"

    This doesnt look right as there is nothing supposed to be due.

    Any advice on this?

    I'm having the same issue. If I signup for the free product, it tells me I am not yet approved. And it sends me an email saying that approval is pending manual approval of payment. How does one get around this?

    I saw a thread on hiding the payment option in signup if only a free product is selected, but it does not seem to have arrived at a solution that currently works.

    What should I be doing?

    Check aMember CP -> Setup -> Free -> Manually approve new payments and make sure that is not enabled.
