I am currently trying to set up the following scenarios to find out what will convert at a better rate for us:

    1) Free Trial for 1 Day

    2) $1 for 1 day and then converts to $89 for 3 months (currently testing it at $5 so CC bills don't get too high)

We are supplying access to our test prep course and are using the aMember plugin to give our students access to our eFront LMS. Here are my questions:

    - Does anyone have any best practices for converting some to a customer after the trial period? Automated email message with link to the product?
    - If a student wants to cancel the trial on the $3 for 3 days so they don't get charged the full amount, how would they do that?
    - Any ideas why aMember would be showing the payment receipt the way it is?

Thanks in advance for any advice

It is showing that way because the price of the product is $5, but they have only paid $1 so far

Thanks that makes sense, I just wish it showed differently. I will play with the template and see if it can be adjusted.

Does anyone know how a user that subscribes for $3 for 3 day trial would cancel to avoid being charged the full amount?

    Thanks

We are using PayPal Payflow Pro and we are only accepting CC payments. We have a custom checkout done that integrates with aMember that you can see here: https://www.blinetestprep.com/amember/signup.php?product_id=12

I am just trying to figure out an convenient way for a customer to cancel before they are billed for the full service. Thanks
