Hi, I want to give people a 14-day free trial. So I set trial duration at 14 days and the price to 0. But when I click save it says I need to enter the duration. So I enter 0 there to. But when I look at the sign-up page I get to see this: Free for the first 14 days. Then free for 0 days. This product is only a trial and people need to update to another paid product if they still want to use my product. How do I do this? Dennis
can you post a screen shot of your product setup? The last time I saw this issue the trial price did not have a value in it (ie. empty). Be sure there is a price AND a trial price set.
trial amount: 0 trial period: 14 days amount: $27 period: 1 mos. recurring: checked This will give them a 14 day trial followed by $27 a month continuity David
David, I don't want people to continue after the trial with this product.. Here's the point. I have a free trial, and the other packages are 1 year subscription, 2 year and 3 year. Because I don't know which subscription they want I can't set a price after the trial period. And recurring won't work, because Clickbank doesn't support this. (for as far as I know). Dennis
So why not simply set the product up as lasting for 14 days at no cost, don't set any trial period as life of product is 14 days only.
