From fields in custom subscription confirmation emails

Hi

I want to send customised emails in response to subscriptions with a 'From' field that is different to the default admin name.

For example, our default 'From' is a Customer Support, but we want individual subscription emails to come 'From' the writer associated with that subscription.

Is this possible?
