I really don't know what to do. I have set up just one product in aMember. I have the correct 1SC product number in aM I have set up the 1SC plugin with correct postback (Should that be blank in the plugin configuration after saving???) I have checked the settings for the product in 1SC and they are correct: The thankyou page is correct, the aM checkbox is checked, the amounts and recurring details are correct When a client tries to purchase the product, they cannot get it. The payment is never received at 1SC, the payment status is set to NOT Paid. There are no error messages in the debug file For some reason nothing is being sent to 1SC, as nothing is being recorded there. There's some glitch between aM and 1SC, but I have no idea what. I am at my wits' end! I tested with the cc_demo setup and that went OK, so I've no idea what to do next. All I want is to have people access the membership area. It's not complicated, but it doesn't work and I have no idea why. Can someone please help me out! And, I need this yesterday, obviously,as I thought everything was going OK. I'm just sad and a bit angry and hugely frustrated....
The sales process between 1sc and amember should be like this: amember signup page (user record created) -> 1sc order page -> order complete? (payment info sent to amember via IPN) -> amember thank you page It sounds to me like you arent following this sort of flow? David
I am using the aM signup page. There is a record created, but the payment info is not completed and I have no idea why. All it says is that payment never completed and status is pending, but I can't find where the breakdown is (apart from obviously knowing that there is no communication between 1SC and aM despite my having checked all the appropriate things between them)
First thing you should try is repost IPN messages to aMember. (1SC have such option for aMember payments). If IPN message will be received when you use repost order to aMember then the problem is 1SC and you should contact 1SC support and ask why message was not sent initially. Also check your server access_log and try to search for requests to /amember/plugins/payment/1shoppingcart/ipn.php if requests were received but generate any error, this possible means that your server use any security software that block such requests.
confused so do i need the asp.php file or not I am having same issue customer subscribes in amember - then goes to 1sc to complete payment but not posting back from 1 sc to AM to show approved/paid i ensure password etc.. match I did a repost to amember from the order in 1SC and that worked Why is it not posting when they do the transaction?
