I've started a presales ticket asking this, but haven't had a reply over the weekend, and so I thought someone here may know the answer . I want to integrate aMember as the membership software in an existing site as I'm not happy with what I currently use. It's a custom site created by myself and my husband, not using a CMS or any of the avaliable plugin software. What our current membership software does is have a function to detect that the user is logged in and what their memberID is. We can then insert this ID into an SQL query using a variable and retrieve all records from the database pertaining to that member ID. The site is php and MySQL db, so hopefully integration wouldn't be too much of a problem. The aMember software looks great, and it does everything else I need it to, but I was unclear whether it can do the above. The site deals with fairly sensitive data and has to make sure the person is actively logged in and gets their content only, therefore passing on the URL line doesn't seem like it would work. Thoughts and tips would be greatly appreciated .
