Generate discounts for specific users from third-party scripts?

Is it possible? For example, let's say that a user achieves a bonus on our website which is to be rewarded with a 10% discount on their next subscription. Is there a way to generate a discount unique to that user in aMember using PHP/MySQL outside of the aMember script?
