Google checkout issues

    Hi everyone :)

    Got a little problem with google checkout at the moment.

    Got our SSL all set up and working well.

    What's happening is the order seems to be tracking fine, the order number from Google Checkout appears in the order number field in aMember Admin as expected.

    However, even although we have Google Checkout set to automatically charge the users credit card, it is not doing so and not changing to Active with aMember. Although the user is charged accordingly.

    Anyone who could help would be much appreciated.

    Please submit ticket to helpdesk. We need to check messages being sent from Google.

    I know this is an old ticket, but has this issue ever been resolved? I inquired about the same issue (SSL all set, uploaded the new plugin files sent by support, but user status is not updating) and submitted a ticket but I haven't received a solution as of yet and it has been days since my inquiry. I kindly mentioned it is an urgent matter (basically the signup page is broken). if you guys are busy with other tasks, I don't mind waiting but I'd appreciate an update or an estimated time.

    Also I haven't received a response to my email asking if there is paid support options. Anyone else who is experienced in this particular issue?
