I will give credit where credit is due. Amember is a great little script for the beginner that needs easy template mods and basic support to get it running. Alex and his small crew are very good at this type of support. As you can see I have been a member around here for some time and I have used Amember in many different ways. I own a couple of licenses so I am also a repeat customer. I have hired Alex and his crew for upgrading this script to fix the needs of my business. Now this is where I am getting disappointed. I understand I have to wait my turn and I have always been willing to wait within reason. I have three mods I need done to this script and I have been waiting for about 6 months now for the first one. I was told next month and I told Alex to add me to the calendar so I do not get skipped over. I have the prices quoted and everything just waiting on Alex and the crew. Please find some time to code the changes I have requested, in the very near future. Like I said this is a great basic script but it is just that a basic script that needs a lot of adding on. If you want something to get you started and pay as you go to get this script where you need it to be then this is the one for you. If you want to buy a script, set it up and let it run itself this is NOT the script for you. Again this is a very basic script, Amember crew knows it to, and they sell a basic script to increase sales for customizing the script. In my case it was great to get me started but due to the lack of support and the lack of being able to get the amember crew to work on their product (yes paid work) I am going to start to look for something else to use if this does not change soon. I went from a happy customer to realizing what this script was all about. Now it is leaving a very bad taste in my mouth as of late!
