Help desk not working anymore?

    I'm trying to send a ticket through helpdesk and I can never get to the ticket creation page. Is it just me?

    My problem is this:
    I use the french language in my admin panel and on my site and suddenly all the accents are not working anymore. They are all replaced by html codes.

    How can I get this fixed?

    Hi,
    I can't log into the support, on this page: https://www.amember.com/support/ nothing happens when I click on "log in", even though I'm already logged in...

    Try logging out of your own amember system. I had the same issue and I think it must be session related because both systems are basically the same. Logging out of the normal user pages worked for me. You can still stay logged in as the admin as far as I can tell.
