    Hello,

I recently had a wordpress site redone (emtrendadvisors.com) to create a membership only area. The person that I hired to do this created both a public blog and a member's only area/blog on the same site. However, the members area is now considered a "virtual folder" b/c when I go into amember to protect the private posts/files, I can't find the actual posts.

Can you use amember to protect "virtual files" or "virtual folders"? I am in desperate need of getting wordpress/amember/paypal successfully integrated and quickly.

Any advice/help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks,
    David

By the way, if anyone knows how to do this and has the time, I would gladly pay for someone to do this for me.

    Thanks,

You cant protect virtual folders, but if they put your wordpress in a second directory and you want to protect the whole blog- (walled garden) you can do that.

If you are using a single blog with public and private content, (magazine model) you'll need the amember wordpress plugin from amember, the hidepost plugin for wordpress, and do an integration.
