Hello, I'm following the documentation on moving aMember to another webhosting, and am stuck on step 5. I'm getting this message: Fatal error: Table 'ppiac_amember.am_config' doesn't exist in /home1/ppiac/public_html/amember/library/Am/Lite.php on line 874. For now, I've removed the aMember folder from the site, as it's a client site and this error was breaking the whole site. It's a critical piece to their website, so any help would be greatly appreciated. If you need me to upload the aMember folder again and give links to url for anything, please let me know and I'll do that as soon as I get up in the morning. Since I needed the site to be functional, I couldn't leave it in there for now, and didn't know if the error message would be enough to help. Thanks!
This can be closed. After no response, and no response from support, I was able to figure out the problem on my own. I ignored the fatal error and continued with the steps in the instructions anyway. Still didn't work, until I went to my admin login url, not just the amember root. Turns out I needed to login and assign my new license keys from migrating the site to a new url. Hope this helps anyone else having this problem.
